Languages will go a long way
Having grown up in a family that ran a small service business, I realized from a very young age the importance of providing the client with a positive experience, empathizing, and identifying with the client's project. I am passionate about my job and I love preparing thoroughly for each new assignment.
I am a certified conference interpreter (simultaneous and consecutive interpreting and remote simultaneous interpreting – RSI) and translator based in Barcelona . with more than 20 years of international experience. My mother tongue is German, and I work to and from German and Italian and from Spanish, English, Italian and Catalan into German. I am an active member of AIIC the International Association of Conference Interpreters based in Geneva. I graduated from the University of Trieste in 2000 (Scuola Superiore per Lingue Moderne di Trieste) and studied at the University of Heidelberg and the University of Barcelona. I can provide language consulting for your event, be it a conference, congress, meeting, seminar, workshop, works council, board meeting, webinar or videoconference.
A face-to-face event is always more effective than a virtual event; given the recent pandemic, remote interpreting has become a stopgap I have completed training courses on remote simultaneous interpreting platforms, and I work comfortably in RSI, having acquired the appropriate skills and technical equipment. I would be happy to advise you on the remote interpreting service that meets your needs. I will help you identify your requirements and organize the team of interpreters and the audio-visual technical equipment (booth, headphones, microphones and receivers).
I was born and raised in Bozen in the heart of the Dolomites; that is where my down-to-earth attitude and resilience come from.

I have been learning my working languages living in the respective countries, which has also allowed me to know the culture and way of thinking of my interlocutors.
That’s why I have been able to recognize and understand cultural differences, thus avoiding misunderstandings between people who speak different languages
I would be delighted to help you organize your event, be it a conference, congress, seminar, training session, meeting, or webinar. I partner with other experienced, qualified interpreters who provide interpretation into a variety of languages, including English, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Turkish. WHISPERED INTERPRETING DOES NOT REQUIRE E ANY TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
The interpreter is located next to the participants and whispers into the ear of one or maximum two people who require interpreting services. No equipment is needed for this form of simultaneous interpretation.
